The bed size was fully adequate, and the half‑board option offered exceptional buffet quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The wide selection of salads, hot dishes, and desserts provided real comfort after a long workday or before starting a series of meetings."
"I would personally prefer a slightly softer bed, ideally with a small mattress topper to enhance comfort and provide a more pleasant welcome when settling in. Another improvement point concerns the desk chair, which is too low and requires stacking several cushions to reach a proper working height. Addressing these two elements would significantly improve the overall guest experience, especially for business travelers"
