"Location is central. Nice restaurant on site - but beware for those coming from countries where smoking is banned, in Serbia it's allowed in restaurants! Good selection of food. The room I was in was quite small but fine. Clean, and tidy and even complimentary drinks in the fridge - and not just water!! Staff excellent. All good."

"Great location, easy walk to the main shopping district with everything you need for a day of retail therapy Rooms are modern and very clean , comfortable beds, shower pressure is strong and plenty of hot water , , free mini bar with still and sparkling water, Coke, Fanta and beer, The restaurant downstairs is the best in town . Great selection of local and western food, have a meal or just sit with a coffee or a cocktail or two, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere ."

"It was very comfortable, we got triple room and it was only two of us. We had a lot of space, good beds, and bathroom was nice. I liked restaurant that’s in the hotel. And location was the best part of this stay. In front of it was Maxi, supermarket, cafe and city center is near. Hotel has its own parking which is plus. We had free access to mini bar. Great deal for the price."

"Za hotel sa 4 zvezdice bi trebao da pruzi mnogo više . Nema hotelske kozmetike . Dorucak se nedeljom služi od 10, pa ako odlazite rano ostacete bez doručka. Dvokrevetna soba je jako mala, a mogla bi biti i čistija. Dobra strana je da ima parking ."

"Hotel is located in the center, with it's own parking place (included in the price). We stayed one night as stop over, and we enjoyed very much modern facilities of hotel and very nice and good restaurant, which is in the same building. It was very pleasant and enjoyable stay on long journey."

"Good things: - The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. - Parking is ample and secure. - The staff is exceptionally friendly and always available. - Rooms have underfloor heating, so it was consistently warm. - A complimentary minibar was available for use. - Everything was clean and well-organized."

"What we didn't like: - Although the hotel appears new, certain room items looked "cheap" or poorly made. Soap dispensers, the toilet brush, and similar details felt like they belonged in a high school bathroom. - The shower cabins were below the expected standard for a hotel of this level. - We only discovered on the last day that the room had an induction cooktop and sink, but there were no utensils, which would have been useful, especially for making tea. - The shower drain clogged easily. - The shower dispenser didn’t work; it was filled with liquid, but it wouldn’t dispense. - Noise from the guests at the cafe below was quite disruptive. - The window mechanism was awkward and didn’t work properly. - We had reserved three rooms (two under one account and one under another on Booking.com), and there were discrepancies. Two double rooms varied in their amenities, and a friend’s reservation, confirmed two weeks prior, was cancelled last minute and she was moved to a different hotel."
