"Staff were great, Facilities were great, Room clean & a good size, Food very good, The grounds really well maintained."

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

Savnede lidt en al carte restaurant. Det var der nemlig for år tilbage.

Stela er tydeligt den lokale (gode) øl, og der var rig mulighed for at prøve dette. Børnene kunne købe is, og både poolbar og resturanten er glimrende til meget rimelige priser. Hotellet arrangerede morgenmaden to-go da vi skulle afsted midt om natten"

The furniture is a little outdated. The room service could add more variety to their menu.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

"Store værelser med meget højt til loftet, god aircondition og stor altan. Dejligt med transport rundt på hotellet med golfbiler. Dejligt, stort og afvekslende poolområde. Morgenmaden var med i vores værelsespris og den var virkelig lækker."

Det er svært at finde, men trapperne i værelsesbygningerne trænger til hyppigere rengøring. Herudover er restauranterne pænt dyre!

Udvalget af vin er dog ikke godt. “Ricky”, den unge mand ved poolen, var ualmindelig høflig og servicemindet. Pas godt på ham😃 Men som sagt gjorde personalet alt for at være imødekommende. Det gør bare enhver ferie bedre, så tak for det!!!😃"

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende, deres a la carte menu i restauranten var rigtig god, fin morgenmad, udsigten er enestående, og man kommer ikke tættere på Kruger uden at bo inde i selve Kruger. Man kan let booke transfer, safariture og andre udflugter direkte på hotellet."

Buffeten var ikke så spændende, men den var okay. Og så var vi ikke fan af den høje musik, som de havde arrangeret den lørdag, vi ankom. Men det var heldigvis kun den ene aften ud af de 8, vi havde på stedet.

"God beliggenhed på stranden og med lidt butikker og restauranter i gå afstand. Fin morgenmad men den kunne godt have været inkluderet i prisen"

Vi havde mange dage problemer med ikke at få leveret håndklæder. Der var også noget larm

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"Really clean, big rooms, nice that you don’t need to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds. Breakfast included. Really nice beach. Cold towel and virgin shot service at the pool every day. They really made us to feel special, this was our anniversary trip."

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.
