"Upon arrival the team at the muse went above and beyond to make our stay (family of 6) perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. Location was great with some amazing views from the rooftop pool. Staff were all very friendly, offering recommendation to us for things to do and see. The muse housekeeping staff very kindly decorated my son's bedroom for his birthday which he loved. The staff also addressed us by names offering a very nice touch to an already great trip."

"Very attentive staff — from the free valet service to the reception, restaurant and pool teams. The gym is small but well equipped and open 24/7. The apartments are spacious, very clean and well furnished. Food at the restaurant was good."

"Hotel was 35 to 40 minutes from the airport, the taxi was about 15 euros. When we arrived the concierge took our bags to the room witch was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was excellent clean spacious and higher end quality finishings in terms of luxury. The gym is 24h so you can workout at a time that suits you. All the gym equipment is well maintained and is practically new. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and the rooftop bar Lucy's and totally honest it was great 5 star service and quality. Overall the experience was exceptional I can't thank the staff enough. I will most definitely be back I give this 5/5🌟"

"For a 5-star hotel, it was great value for money! We got a king room with half-board, and the food was amazing. We stayed there for our anniversary and we received a very lovely welcome in the room with rose petals and a delicious cake! The roof top pool was the best feature of the hotel, we were there at night and during the day after, and we loved the view of the Lusail Towers both time. Upon coming to the pool in the morning, watermelon and cold water bottles were offered to us which was a great touch."
"We loved every minute of it. There was a bit of misunderstanding for breakfast but it was resolved quickly and it was not representative of our stay or the hotel as whole."
