"The room was spacious, comfy and well equipped for our stay. The owner was friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions and ensured our room was kept sparkling clean. We also had an outside space and somewhere to dry beach towels/costumes. The location was chosen to be quiet, so we were happy to walk for 10 minutes into the old town for restaurants etc."
"There was no dedicated parking but we managed to find spaces on side streets as advised by the owner. The room decor was rather dated but the facilities and comfort were more important to us than the look of the room."

"Location of Vila Atlântida was amazing, with a short walk away from beautiful beaches and the town centre of Lagos. The room was very spacious, which had a sliding door that had access to a beautiful patio garden. The cleanliness of the entire room was impeccable as well lovely amenities and complimentary water and scrumptious cakes! The staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and gave brilliant recommendations!"

"Our accommodation was very comfortable and tastefully furnished, with attention to every detail. There was a pleasant garden terrace with table, chairs and clothes line. The location is excellent, convenient for the town centre, beaches and bus stops. Our hostess was most helpful, meeting us every morning. We were very happy with our choice."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"
