"I love my tiny house, the view and the hot tub. Staff were very helpful and the property is very clean. Unfortunately, the weather was not very kind to me at the end of my stay, but at least I managed to go horse riding -see turispico which I recommend and stayed dry for one hour!"

"Be aware the approach is very steep and you can’t turn right into the driveway, you need to turn left into the approach. I was glad I hired an automatic car even though I’m used to a manual."

"The location is very good. At a walking distance from the city centre and main restaurants. The trip from the airport is also fast, 20 minutes by car. The hotel has been renovated in the common areas but the rooms and spells the bathroom still need some improvement. The view is breathtaking, facing Pico Island from the room and from the breakfast dining room. Lovely the best view in town. The breakfast is very good, with a big variety of pastry, bread, cheese, eggs, fruit. We can’t ask for more. The staff is very very friendly, they treated us as we were old visitors. We made friends there among the staff. There a parking place to park for free. We are looking to come back."

"Rooms are a bit outdated. At the booking I requested for a room with a double bed and received the message on booking that my request has been approved. When I got to the room it was a twin room (two single beds) and at the reception they told me that they are fully booked and there is no other option. It was not such a big deal, but still..."

"The hotel has a great and accessible location right at the center of Horta. It has a small parking spot next to the entrance. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Rooms are great for an individual or a couple, it even has AC. The best thing about the room (on the 4th floor at least) is the view of Pico. I definitely recommend this place."
