"The room was very confortable. The view of the sea was great"
"I did not know that you have to bring a rubber hat to cover your head in the spa because i was never told on the emails i received when i reserved the hotel. I was charged 5 euros for the rubber hat. I was told that i had to pay otherwise i would have not been able to get in the spa. I tried to meet a manager in the hotel to request a refund and no manager was available."

"Perhaps we should have checked it earlier but there is no sandy beach near hotel - it's just a nice promenade next to rocks and stone formations. Also, hotel seems to be located in a port area without much entertainment around. Not sure how often it happens, but we were there on a quite windy day."
"The hotel is near to Viana do Castelo on the waterfront. We got a huge room, the bathroom was also huge and we had a terrace with almost 360 degrees view. The reception people were very nice. The restaurant was excellent and had also a very nice view. It is easy to park in the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Excellent value for money."

"The soundproofing of the room could be better, as it was possible to hear noise coming from other rooms, specially if you were in the bathroom. Additionally, there was a kind of air circulation not related to the air conditioning that caused a constant noise. Nothing too serious, but it could be bothersome for those who are more sensitive to sound. The spa facilities, specially the swimming pool and the roof needs some maintenance"
