"Location of the hotel and the breakfast. Also the staff were friendly and helpful, and had a storage lockup for left baggage."

"The reception staff are very friendly. It’s a very basic hotel and good as a base for a few nights. I was attending a conference so the location was close to where I had to be, but if you are visiting Lisbon for the first time, then it’s quite far from the main central part (30-40 minute walk), so probably not the best hotel for first-time visitors. However, it was cheap and perfect for what I needed it for. I’d highly recommend it if someone is liking for a budget place to stay for a few nights."
"There was serious damp in my room on the walls right next to the bed. The drains in the bathroom smelt very strongly too. The breakfast was essentially machine coffee, bread, and slices of processed cheese and ham, so very little variety if you’re staying for a few nights."

"This hotel is close enough to metro station, surrounding is peaceful and safe. It is important that if you arrive late at the night staff is there. Also possible to get simple breakfast at the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. There was a small fridge where you could cool your drinks. The breakfast was simple, but okay. The staff was super nice. The hotel has good public transport connections nearby, with the Marques de Pombal station at around <10 min walk."
"It's a renovated old building, so you can hear when a toilet in another room is flushed, for example, or other noises, during the night. It would be good if they added vegan options to the breakfast, besides just apples, juice and bread. For example, adding some vegetable milk alternative would be great, not only for vegans, but for people with dietary needs too."
