"The air in the room felt quite humid at times. Breakfast is provided, but it’s pretty minimal - just 3 of types of bread, one cheese, one ham, and if you’re lucky and get there on some specific time, you might find some juice, a bowl of fruit - pineapple and orange, or scrambled eggs. It's a solid place to stay, but the breakfast and room humidity could use some improvement."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
