"Our room (located in the central building) had several issues (electric lock battery died and one window would not shut). All issues were effectively and swiftly resolved by the staff. Agree with posts that certain renovations are needed."

"We booked two de luxe suites with sea views for six nights. We had the booking.com confirmation in hand. When we arrived, the hotel's reservation system only had one de luxe suite with sea view available, the other one was not available. They gave us another de luxe suite but at a much higher price. They think booking.com made a mistake. As soon as I got to the room, I called Booking.com. They promised to investigate the matter. In the meantime, the hotel kindly gave us another de luxe suite with a sea view. When we left we paid the higher price for the second suite. Booking.com has not done anything to date, so we don't know if we were justified in paying more. In my opinion, this should have been clarified within 24 hours."

"The pool area was beautiful, the buffet seemed pretty delicious, the rooms where very comfortable."

"The water in the bathroom got out of the shower and we had to dry it with towels in the bathroom area, the elevator area in the original part of the building smelled like humidity. The breakfast was pretty good I requested additional eggs and received 1 over easy egg."

"The room needed a full length mirror and a micro wave. The coffee station in the lobby during the morning was nice, but there was no tea and no decaf coffee. Why not have it for the whole day! Fir rainy days the front desk should have a supply of games and playing cards for the guests to use."

"The hotel is beautiful with a fabulous pool overlooking the ocean, extremely attentive staff, and great food. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay an extra night."
