"You have very nice and cozy rooms, and it’s very convenient that the location is in the city center. The staff at the reception are wonderful — very friendly and pleasant girls."

"The only thing I would recommend is to place some instructions for using the kitchen equipment somewhere, as it was a bit difficult to figure out the microwave and the electric stove. Also, I would suggest adding a full-length mirror in the room."

"Stairs without barriers, we were with kids. It is high and dangerous. As a suggestion: put a shelf or shoe rack at the entrance so you don't have to constantly clean the floor. Need more hooks in the other room for towels."
