"Arsalan is the best asset of this hotel, he is a helpful, honest and open-minded host. I was staying in a room on the ground floor with 2 exits: one into the inner court and another one to the street. There was hot water in the shower. The hotel is located next to a busy street with shops and taxis."

"The inner court door was a bit difficult to lock from outside, so I used the street door instead when going out."

"The service provided by the host was truly exceptional and he looked after me and my family very well. Arsalan is truly one of a kind. Hot water, towels and toiletries were provided at all times, daily. Shops, restaurants, banks, all facilities were within walking distance, Great location. Recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The manager arsalan managed the property well. He was so approachable and very welcoming all the time. Although there was an electricity breakdown but as long as the it was available I had hot water facility. Room was cozy and not very cold."

"I had a great stay at the hotel. Our host, Arslan, was amazing—he was professional and available 24/7 to help with any issues. His support made our trip even smoother. Overall, the staff’s service was excellent! One of the highlights for me, as a big anime fan, was their anime-themed cafe. It was such a treat to take pictures and enjoy the fun, detailed atmosphere. The food was great too, which made the whole experience even better!"

"The hotel has so clean room and private bathroom. Also it is located on the center of Skardu and could feel a daily life of Skardu people. More over the manager, named Arslan, was really kind and can fanatically speak English well. Although I visited Skardu for the first time, I could enjoy historical places without any problem. I recommend this hotel!!!! Also, if I visit the city again, I will select this hotel again!!!"
