"A lot!. The location, the big rooms with large windows that allow a lot of natural lighting and generally clean rooms - even though they look outdated. You can also feel like there is a genuine effort on the kitchen front for creativity - to provide food variety in the kitchen. This is commendable"
"The concierge and entrance could be made to look a bit cleaner. The rooms are a hugely welcome surprise compared with the first impressions you get at the hotel entrance and concierge/lobby. Someone needs to work on the look and feel."

"The room was very nice accept for where it was located -- right next to the elevator so the noise from persons accessing the elevator was quite loud. You could hear from inside the room and most probably conversations from inside the room could be heard outside. Apart from this is was good peaceful and relaxing stay for myself and my friends."

"STAFF ❗️ They could do better. Me and several other guest were at the reception for checkout but they told us to wait around as our rooms needed to be checked before they get back to us regarding our bond. 30mins later, a couple who came way after us got checked out and receipted and attending to one of their issues while the rest of us were still waiting, this was going up to an hour of waiting to fix this couples whatever issue that was until I stepped in a complained to be served because obviously they forgot that we were supposed to be checked out FIRST before those 2 that came way after us. It's NOT FAIR. Always treat your guests with RESPECT doesn't matter the race/color. Some of us came with our families with kids and we deserved to be treated fairly as guests. STEP UP ❗️"
