"Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed us to leave our bags in storage overnight, which made our travel plans much easier. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure and breakfast was fresh and delicious. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"We only stayed here for one night. The hostal is quite central, it was well equipped and clean. It was slightly cold in the room however there were thick blankets provided so we were not cold at night."

"Absolutely everything! This place is fantastic value for money, staff are wonderful, breakfast is delicious and has lots of options, close to bars and restaurants and the main square. Clean, comfortable with heaters and blankets in the rooms if you are cold. We arrived at 5am and the staff went above and beyond to allow us to have blankets on the sofa and even had our room ready around an hour later. Absolutely wonderful stay!"

"They don't have a lift and we have suitcases, however staff helped us as we were on the 1st floor and not yet used to altitude. The rooms are small, ensuite, they have a heater so we were warm. Breakfast is average on the 6th floor where you have a nice view. They kept our bags safe when we went on an overnight stay on the islands and were really professional. Would recommend."

"The staff help you carry your bags up the stairs if you are struggling with the altitude. They also helped make sure we got on our tours/buses. There is a selection of hot tea in reception where you might be waiting. The breakfast is good, up on sixth floor. Lovely sunrise up there over the lake."

"The hostel staff were so welcoming. They let us check in early which was super appreciated. The cleaner was amazing, she was keeping everything spotless. The shower worked and was hot. The beds were comfortable. Hostel felt safe and was in a very convenient area to go out and get food. Definitely recommend staying here. Good value for money."
