"Got here at 11:30pm due a delayed bus, reception guy was very helpful and kind. Beds were abit lumpy but not a deal breaker. Shower does get warm, just need to let it run for 5 minutes first. Free breakfast was great, coffee, tea, bread rolls, ham, cheese, jam and butter. New reception guy was also super helpful and kind, let us borrow a hairdryer and allowed us to store our bags until our late evening bus. The place for the price is extremely clean and well presented, one of the best places we've stayed in Cusco including airbnbs. Highly recommend."

"Nothing to do with the hotel but other guests slamming doors. Even at 12:30pm it was happening. Be mindful of this and bring earplugs. Would be great if the owners could put a foam strip around the door frame."

"The staff was super nice, they helped with everything we asked, they knew the best places in the city and we loved to talk with them as they were also foreigners, so we could share some facts. If there is a problem with something, they will help you 24/7. Location near a main road was a perfect spot to catch a bus to Machu Picchu or Vinicunca. Smaller shops are nearby and as it is not in the city centre, during the night there is so calm & quiet. (Much needed for a good sleep!) Room was clean, well equiped, separate bathroom, towels, bathtub, but not very hot water for washing your hair during our stay (which is normal in South America ;) but for a shower it is okay) and also a bit cold room (which is also common because of the windows) In general we loved the stay so much and thank you all in Hidden Garden! L&I"

"The guy attending in the evening was rude, and the lady attending the day was helpful to a point but when I asked if she could lock my baggage up somewhere for a few hours she said she would and simply didn’t saying it was fine because there were camera in the public area. There was no fitness area and it says there is and the breakfast was dried bread with a bit of butter and jam. People were making noise till late at night and the wifi didn’t work in the bedroom. Pretty bad experience for me."
