The 24-hour front desk was very convenient, and the complimentary coca and mint tea was such a lovely touch. We liked the hotel so much we stayed twice. The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond by organising a gluten-free breakfast for me, which I truly appreciated. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is perfect — close enough to walk to the main centre (only about 10 minutes) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"We booked two rooms for 4 people to have some space to spread our during our stay and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the breakfast made fresh for us each day was very nice. We needed to stay a little longer than planned and they allowed for us to do this with no hassles. Great location within walking distance to all the yummy restaurants/markets/drop off laundromats very close by."

"It’s a little walk uphill from the main square, but nothing too bad. You have to leave the key at the reception when leaving and ring the doorbell to enter every time."

"The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a little way from the city center. There is no laundry service, but there is a lavanderia less than a minute's walk away. If you request laundry in the morning, it will be ready by the evening of the same day (although this may depend on how busy it is). The main dish for breakfast changes every morning; when I stayed, it was scrambled eggs and pancakes. Both were delicious. When I arrived at 9 p.m., I asked the staff to arrange a tour of the Secret Valley (Valle Sagredo de Los Incas) the next day (highly recommended). They made the tour request on the spot, and I was able to join the tour the next day without any problems. However, it is best to make a reservation in advance, rather than the day before. The room was spacious enough, and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I highly recommend this hotel."
