"Diana and Noel are the most charming of hosts, one of the most friendly and helpful that we have encountered on our travels anywhere. Villa Rouge is a delight in every way. It has a lovely location in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Invercargill with off street parking. Lovingly restored, the house has oodles of character and the guest suite includes use of a lounge. Pristine and comfortable in every way, it makes for a very relaxing stay. Very spacious bathroom and have never come across a bathroom in which there are so many towels provided! A cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs was delicious. If you want to stay in Invercargill, don’t hesitate to stay with Diana and Noel. Our only regret was that one night just wasn’t enough!"

"Absolutely beautiful heritage home, restored with live by Diana and Noel. Easy walk to restaurants, park, but even better to just enjoy our accommodation. Diana and Noel are perfect hosts, felt like we could have been old friends. We were sad to leave."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. Beautiful hosts Diana and Noel were extremely polite and attentive and provided a wonderful relaxed overnight stay. An added bonus was the breakfast was included in the cost, this was not mentioned in the Booking.com blurb. We definitely will be back as soon as we can."
