Bug nets on all windows and doors are nice touch so you can leave open although there wasn't a problem with insects Air conditioning worked well Well situated for bus routes and drive over to beaches. "The location was very good. It is central to the city and new developments at Tauriko. Nearby is the Tauranga Hospital and a range of community retail outlets as well as a supermarket and petrol stations. Access to Mount Maunganui and coastal beaches are nearby via the Harbour Bridge. Views from the property are very attractive upper harbour vistas ; great at full tide. Situation was very quiet. The hostess Loralie was especially welcoming and helpful."

"Facilities were clean and comfortable. Utensils and cutlery were available. The bed was lovely ; we had a good nights sleep. The unit provides limited flexibility for food preparation."

"The property is well located near Cameron Road and the hospital (which was our reason for the trip) and the view over the estuary is lovely. The host provided excellent instructions on how to find the property and provided a warm welcome with a good explanation of the facilities. There is off-street parking in front of the unit (albeit on a slope and a little tight in terms of manoeuvring if you have a larger vehicle). The bed was comfy, the heat pump warmed the room reasonably quickly, the bathroom well equipped, and a basic kitchenette facility with jug, cups etc."

"This was a beautiful place to stay! The room was exceptional and very tidy. Beautiful decor and great amenities. Even had large jugs of milk and juice and fruit. Great location and a very comfortable bed! The hosts were lovely and made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend staying here!"
