"We drove from town A to Harstad and chose to rest here, as it's very close to the E10 highway. While charging the car that evening, we saw the aurora borealis!"

As described by other reviews there was a good selection of cereals, fresh bread, jam, cheese, ham, yogurt and even fresh fruits --> the reason why we booked this hotel - The staff very friendly, helpful and fluent in English. They are the reason we stayed there twice. - The restaurant is also beautiful and offers good food - great view of the ocean. - There is enough space for parking outside the hotel."
"Don't book the room with included bathroom on the ground floor! For one night we stayed in a room with a shared bathroom (first floor), which we can strongly recommend! The shared bathroom (1 shower room and 2 toilets) was well kept and clean, thus no problem at all. Since we enjoyed our stay, we decided to book another night, this time with an included bathroom (ground floor). This room did not fulfill our expectations, and we didn't want to stay there. Fortunately, we were allowed to switch and stay on the first floor instead- thanks to the great staff. We can very much recommend the hotel but would advice booking a room with a shared bathroom as it is both cheaper AND BETTER. 9/10 stars as the beds were a bit too hard for our taste, but the hotel, restaurant, parking, staff and breakfast were great."
"The hotel room was cosy, warm and very clean. It was perfect for or overnight stay. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. The restaurant bar area has a really nice atmosphere and all of the staff were fantastic."

"Very nice hotel in a beautiful location, perfect when you're travelling to the Lofoten. We had a big, comfortable room with a separate bedroom and a sofa. Nice breakfast included, great price-quality ration, especially in Norway. There is a big parking in front of the hotel, which is great. Beautiful views and nice town, late check-in possible, nice and helpful staff."
