"Everything was absolutely amazing, very good experience! Great location, super easy to find, close to train station, close to everything you would like to see in town. Calm, quiet, very comfortable and beautiful made room. Balcony with stunning view. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, stuff very pleasant and helpful. I’ll come back here not even thinking about other options! ❤️"

"The location is excellent - just a short walk from the train station, and I love that the hotel is right on the waterfront. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options and great coffee. I also appreciated being able to check in a little earlier than the standard time, at no extra charge, thanks to room availability. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the floor heating in the bathroom was an exceptional touch that made the stay even more comfortable."

"While the hotel is very well maintained, a few areas could benefit from a refresh to keep everything looking as modern and inviting as the rest of the property. I did experience some issues with the TV - it wasn’t possible to connect to Netflix successfully, and it kept turning off and reverting the language from English back to Norwegian. It was a minor inconvenience, but since I rarely use the TV, I didn’t make an effort to seek assistance."

"Staff extremely polite, we booked just one hour before we arrived (unexpected choice because of our flight being cancelled) and everything was perfectly prepared. Great location, good breakfast."

"The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a minibar. We had booked a standard room, but since it was our birthday, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room with a sofa. This thoughtful gesture really made our stay special."

"Lovely classy hotel with great location and close to waterfront and old section of Tonsberg. Few minutes walk to great selection of restaurants ( Esmeralda excellent). Staff very friendly and helpful in fact, the best we have encountered in our 5 months in Norway to date!. Lovely room, quite, excellent bed, great shower Lovely breakfast, all perfect . Originally planned to only stay a night as a stopover returning from Denmark via the ferry , but found Tonsberg and accommodation so nice stayed 3 nights! J Scott ( Brisbane Australia)"
