"Gorgeous little family-owned boutique hotel in the centre of quaint adorable Veere - an ideal place from which to explore Walcheren. Large stylish room and bathroom with all the expected amenities (coffee and tea in the room, A/C, good WiFi, fluffy towels and high end toiletries), comfortable bed, very quiet. Very friendly staff and owners, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was abundant and served in the attached restaurant which is also worth checking out for lunch or dinner."
"The building is probably about 500 years old and has its quirks such as the steep stairs and narrow corridors leading to the rooms. My room was basically windowless - there was one (and it opened!) but it was facing a shingled roof, and ended up being quite stuffy. A/C helped a little but didn’t really seem powerful enough. Next time I’ll see if I can get a room looking out onto the market :)"

"The location of the hotel is great, the staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is very nice. As was the breakfast. The room was nice as well. Clean, spacious bathroom. The overall vibe of the location was nice and quaint matching the beautiful village of Veere."
"Just one remark; we asked for a 1 double bed but got 2 single beds insteas which wasn't ideal with a 4 year old in between us but we managed."

"Room 8 had a window that overlooked the roof of the property next door, there was NO V|EW and I would have preferred to be able to open a window fully on a hot night than use the air conditioning (not good for the planet. We had to pay extra for parking but were aware of that before we arrived - no private seccure parking on site"
