"perfect place for a nice relaxing beach stay. easy walking distance to both really nice beaches which are good for swimming and surfing. small kitchen that is well equipped to cook with. Nubia the host is very nice and helpful! she helped us get to a doctors clinic in Rivas. also the cat and dog are so lovely and are great company when reading a book. we loved staying here and would definitely come back when in Nicaragua"

"It's a mixed bag for me. Great hostess, but classic Nicaragua. Maximum 35 m 2 both floors. Very well photographed. I was satisfied, but the price could be lower. I appreciate the water barrels very much👍 overall satisfaction with what is on offer in a place, I have experienced worse. I will probably come back. Gigante is an underrated place. But I'm not picky. Thank you for the service. PS: a broom wouldn't hurt as an accessory"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and although small, is easy to use. The upstairs bedroom was hot but the fans were very effective and we slept well. There is a very cute and friendly kitten that comes to visit often throughout the day Basic facilities but fine for a couple of nights Great value for money!"

"If you want to have some relaxed days at a beautiful, remote and laid-back fisher village, there is nothing better than coconut house! The hosts are super nice, it takes 1 min to get to the beach! My highlight, was buying fresh fish from the local fishermen in the morning, prepare it and eat it with a beautiful view on the beach at evening. I am already missing our casita!"

"Super kind and helpful hosts (speak Spanish, English and French). Very big and well equipped rooms, hammocks and comfy seats to relax in the tropical garden, with various plants and trees... A restaurant just next door and a supermarket in short walking distance... only 15min to the airport... Very comfy bed and warm water shower... Would highly recommend this place!"

"We love the location and the amenities. The apartment was very well decorated in the beach theme. Super quiet and in between 3 holes on the incredible golf course. We played a couple rounds. The kitchen was awesome and super modern. The pool is a few.steps away. Very nice and relaxing. All in all perfect."
"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"
