"This was a touch of Bali in New Caledonia. Beautifully set up, very relaxing, and taken care of by the charming Barbara and Michel. We spent 3 days there altogether, and loved the environment - making good use of their pool ! Would highly recommend this property."
"The possible downside ( although some might see it as a positive), was that there was no TV - Although we found many places in New Caledonia, when they had TV had no English channels anyway. There was very functional wifi there, so we could use youtube etc... Also, it is rather out of the way there. But once again this could be viewed as a positive. I loved the walks there - in particular down to the marina."
"We loved everything! A beautiful location, peaceful, stunning. Barbara and Michael were very welcoming and gave us a wonderful experience. Barbara arranged for our arrival pizza at the Marina pizza, which was delicious! Despite our late arrival."

"The place was perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Barbara and her husband were exceptionally helpful and helped us to book water taxi to a nice beach island. Breakfast was good and nicely presented."

"Lovely spot away from town. Owners went above and beyond to help us. Public holiday the evening we arrived and nowhere to eat out so they shared some supplies for us to rustle up an evening meal. Early flight in the morning and they put out a beautiful spread for us and we were only disappointed that we couldn't do it justice."

"Perfect location from airport and whilst the options for dinner are few we were given great advice as to what's within 15 mins drive of the premises. Great settings for a couple looking for a pretty place to use as a base for this part of the coast and surrounds"

"The bathroom renovation was stunning - but also, the whole room was designed for comfort. The breakfast was delightful and the garden and pool was a dream. The hosts went above and beyond to help us out when our luggage went missing AND when we had issues with our rental car. I can't believe how ready they were to help us out, and we really cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us."

"The Beach House Lodge is a gorgeous venue in a lovely location. Albeit a long drive. The rooms are spacious and well provisioned, alot of care has been taken in their positioning and build to maximise guest comfort. All have lovely views over the water. The complimentary mosquito coils and sprays made on site were a nice touch. The pool is also lovely and positioned by the lagoon and so an easy walk from beach to pool, also the free kayaks were great to explore the shallow lagoon."
