"We had a fantastic time in Swakopmund and Ocean Melody was the perfect base to explore the town and surrounding area. The property is about a 25 min walk along the beach to the centre of town. It was beautifully equipped and Anita was lovely and very helpful to make our stay very special"

Our room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need. But what truly makes this place special is Merisa, the owner. She made us feel completely at home from the very first moment. The dinner she prepared was by far the best we had in all of Namibia — worthy of a top restaurant! Every detail was carefully considered, and the atmosphere she created was warm and genuine. Merisa was also incredibly kind in sharing stories about their farm and life in Namibia, which made the evening even more memorable. It was the perfect way to spend our last night in the country. We only wish we had more time to explore the property further! Highly recommended for anyone traveling between Windhoek and Etosha or the Caprivi region — a stay here will make your journey truly special."
