"A convenient hotel in the Polanco district. The rooms are quite spacious, have a refrigerator, and all the basic amenities are provided. They don't provide breakfast, but there is a delicious breakfast restaurant nearby, so be sure to check it out."

"As a solo female traveller, I felt safe walking around the area the hotel was in. I had a very pleasant walk to the Anthropological Museum and around the park it was situated in. There is a 7/11 near the hotel for any little bits you want to pick up. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have a restaurant on site if you didn't fancy going out in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't speak fluent English at the front desk, but google translate worked and everything I asked for happened as expected. To be fair, the only things I asked for was a taxi to a tour meeting place at 5am and a last minute taxi to the out of City airport when the one I booked through a different provider didn't turn up. Internet in the room worked well. I've seen a few reviews complain about the noise as the hotel is next to a busy road, but in my 5th floor room the noise insulation worked well and you could barely hear the traffic. Excellent room size as well."
"Could do with a touch more lighting in the living room area once it gets dark. Also could do with washing up liquid and sponges in the kitchen. But those are minor things."
