"Det føles som et langt og varmt kram at komme til Nizuc. Der er en kæmpe ro over hele hotellet lige meget hvor du befærder dig og deres imødekommende facon er så varm. Det er uden tvivl et af de bedste hoteller og vi søger hele tiden tilbage, har været der 8 gange nu."

"Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at... and I've stayed at some really nice hotels. The serivce was the best ever, very genuine and couldn't have asked for more. The complex itself is unreal, with pure and isolated beaches, spa and nice big infinity pool with bars. The restaurants were top quality. You dont need and dont want to leave the premises of the complex, its that good. Spa was excellent too, one of the best massages I've ever received. Room was large and clean, the cleaning staff were doing amazing job every day. Worth every penny."

"The only negative was the wedding group that arrived Friday-Sunday. Not the resort’s fault. But they were loud and somewhat obnoxious. Had they been there all week, I think we would have been unhappy overall with the experience."

"This is a first class hotel and TRUE 5 star. No comparison to other hotels in Cancun . From the first minute to the last minute of a week’s stay the hotel was perfect . The staff are so well trailed, pathing is too much for them ."

"You pay heavily for the quality of this hotel, so important to understand this before going . I was willing to pay for the quality room, fabulous restaurants and the outstanding service , but The costs of a massage at $500 for 90 minute relaxing was far too much so i declined"

"We adored our stay at Nizuc. This was the perfect relaxing stay right after our wedding. The staff were the most attentive we've ever had at a hotel. You have access to multiple beautiful pools and beachfront activities. The buildings and grounds are divine and all food was excellent- we had a very special meal at Ramona which was our favourite of our time in Mexico. We wanted a place we could stay for a few days and not need to leave- and Nizuc was perfect for this, we wish we had more days there!"

"Outstanding service and comfort. Elegant design and decoration. The food was also very good. We spent most of our time at the pool, which is very cool. All in all you feel like the main character of a James Bond film when staying at Nizuc."

"I guess it is just a matter of not being used to it. The space is extremely surveilled, and staff keep track of where you are at each moment (I guess this allows them to provide excellent service, i.e. clean the room when you’re not there, have a golf cart ready when you leave the restaurant, know your name the moment you walk into the building, etc.). It can feel a little too much at times. However, everyone really tries very hard to make you feel special, so this is not a complaint, just an observation. If money plays no role, and you don’t want to worry about absolutely anything, then this is your place."

"The architecture of the resort is exceptional, high rooms, water and lush gardens. The restaurants are diverse and offer delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere. Pool and beach area are inviting and you can work out in a well equipped gym. All you need for a relaxing holiday!"
