"Placering var rigtig god, byggestilen er vildt hyggelig og autentisk. Der er to gode pools hvilket er skønt eftersom man ikke kan bade på stranden. Restauranten var også helt ok og det var muligt at bestille mad til liggestolene."

"Der var aircondition men den virkede lidt sporadisk: Personalet havde lidt svært ved engelsk, men det gik selvfølgelig at kommunikere med dem."

The staff was excellent — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was very good, and the overall structure of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. One of the things I appreciated the most was how tranquility and peaceful the place was, perfect for relaxing and unwinding."

"The pools were lovely with nicely kept plants and grounds. The reatraunt was awesome every time we went. We had nachos and the cheese on them was superb. For dinner I had Chiles replenish, never had before and it was a great meal. Big portion. Nice and close to the beach and you can see the sunset from the restraunt."

"It's a very nice hotel☀️I only stayed here for a short time. There is a beautiful and spacious beach (Zicatela Beach) within walking distance. There is also a very large selection of cafes nearby. My two nights at this hotel were peaceful and comfortable✨"

"The hotel was beautiful and beautifully landscaped. I liked that there were two swimming pools, one being reserved for adults. Our room was very spacious. The personnel was extraordinary. It was fun being able to walk to bars directly on the beach for cocktails to accompany the gorgeous sunsets."

"The pool and outside areas were lovely - A real treat, the decor and landscaping was very picturesque. The pool was open very late which was an added bonus as there is something special about a nighttime outdoor swim. The staff were also all fantastic, very helpful and made the stay. The room was also comfortable and we loved the location of the hotel."

"We personally didn’t eat much at the restaurant as we felt the prices were quite high but the food did seem high quality. The bathroom and some of the fixtures in the room could have been updated but overall it was good value for what we paid."

"We knew the hotel already. It is very colonial, very mexican style, beautiful garden, great view of the ocean. The staff was very nice and kind. Food is great. Location is really good, at the beginning of Playa Zicatela. On the road the are little shops, farmacy, café and on the beach great restaurants where you can dine and have drinks with your feet in the sand."
