"The hotel was perfectly located- walking distance to centre historico where all the interesting things are located. The staff were great and went out of their way to help me order a taxi to the airport and find information about Tlaquepaque which I wanted to visit."

"The location was very handy to the main attractions, walking distance to the Cathedral, Degollado Theatre, Cabañas museum, subway, restaurants, shopping, etc. We felt safe at all times (3 women travellers). Oscar, one of the bellhops went above and beyond in all his dealings with us. He helped with directions and recommendations and he was always kind and friendly."

"There were two things missing that you might expect to have in a hotel. A bathtub and a fridge. However it may only have been our room. As it wasn’t important to us it wasn’t not a problem. Definitely not a dealbreaker! There was a room safe which was nice to have."
