"The staff were very helpful as we were able to store our luggage on arrival before checking in. The room was clean and they provided an extra blanket when requested. The location was excellent as it was a 10 min walk to the centre but quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good as well."

"Hotel stupendo con un patio davvero incantevole. Dispone di un parcheggio privato che si chiude con un cancello. Situato in centro e vicino a una churrería. Stanza ampia ed accogliente con un grande armadio per appendere i vestiti. Bagno pulito e funzionale con una finestra. Buona anche la colazione con pane tostato e marmellata e uovo con prosciutto o salsiccia."

"Todo es impecable: desayuno buenísimo, hotel precioso, colonial, con toques azules, patios de época, todo limpio e impoluto, muy cerca del centro, así que se puede ir y venir en un momento. Además, Javier el gerente es un joven atento, resolutivo y servicial, todo lo que le pedimos lo solucionó con diligencia y prontitud. Me he alojado en muchos sitios en San Cristóbal a lo largo de los años, pero sin lugar a dudas ahora mismo elegiría preferencialmente este Hotel Palacio de Moztezuma"

"Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! "

"This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very close to restaurants, stores and market as well as transportation and beaches. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs or roosters. The setup of the building is perfect to create a sanctuary around the pool area."
