"We originally booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and got upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom 3 bathrooms suite which was right on the beach. The view was amazing, the flat was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a quieter zone but only 5 mins away from the busier area where there are shops and bars. The hotel also provided entertainment for the guests. Staff were really nice."

"The windows in the flat could not open which seems to be the case in the whole hotel. Luckily we had a balcony so we could air out the room but the bathrooms would get better stuffy as there wasn't even a fan there. The food is also not great. Definitely nothing Mexican about it. Breakfast was decent but lunch and dinner were basic. Bread was ofen stale and the mains were heavily relying on fried foods"

"NYX Cancun offers a fantastic beachfront location with easy access to a beautiful stretch of beach, making it a great spot for relaxation. The spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort, and having on-site parking was a convenient bonus. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the entertainment team stood out for their energy and efforts to keep guests engaged throughout the stay, adding a fun and lively atmosphere to the resort."

"The room felt a bit dated and could benefit from updates. Because the property is quite large, it lacks a more exclusive or boutique feel. Breakfast was underwhelming, both in food quality and variety, and the lack of a lift from the parking area to reception made arrivals and departures less convenient, especially with luggage."

"There was Not a Lot of mexican Food to find in the Hotels Restaurants. Also the sunbeds at the Beach Are very uncomfortable. They have some better beds but These Are Subject to Pay around 50$ per Day."

"Noise from nearby construction which seemed to go all night! Dress code for men at breakfast (no singlet) and closed shoes at the sushi restaurant was a bit unfair as women had no restrictions"

"The room, food, location and facilities were awesome. The entertainment staff were fabulous so many activities every day and they were so friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant staff were also amazing so attentive and helpful always with a smile."

"The dress code for men was over the top - breakfast my husband couldn’t wear a singlet but women could turn up in see through beach throws with their breasts and bums visible. Also in one of the restaurants my husband also had to go back to our room and put on covered shoes whereas I could wear sandals. Didn’t seem fair"
