"At receptionen ved ankomst ikke umiddelbart kunne finde at jeg allerede havde betalt via booking og ikke kunne oplyse mig om, at morgenmaden også var betalt. For det tror jeg, den var. Jeg betalte derfor morgenmaden selv."

"Friendly staff and great location. We asked for a room change due to fear of heights and they solved it very quickly. The hotel also has a restaurant and a Bar where every once in a while there is karaoke night"

"Staff are generally very polite and very helpful. Many thanks to a beautiful staff, Yolotzi who worked very efficient to change another room for us due to mosquito issue. And her English is good enough to tell correct information about the event parade, or else we would feel very sorry to miss it. Thankful for the guy who gave us mosquito repellent, otherwise, we would stay up all night. The decoration for the day of the dead was excellent, very attractive. The location is supreme, very convenient to go to the way of Zocalo and the other way of palacio Belles Artes as well."
