More hooks to dry towels would be appreciated too. The air conditionning was much too loud. Impossible to skeep while having it on. The key system to the room is also very unstable. Very difficult to enter the room ( and it seems several other guests were having the same issue)"

"There was a great and early breakfast at 7:00, so we were on time to visit Chichen Itza early. It takes 20-30 minutes walking to reach Chichen Itza. They've let us check out a bit later than required. Hot water was working properly, and it was very quiet at night."
