"Alt fungerede perfekt og på trods af at vi ankom kl 4 om natten (11 timer før check-in) fik vi lov til at tjekke ind med det samme. Så nærmest en gratis overnatning."

"Very good Mexican style breakfast with multiple food choices, great service. All employees of Emporio were helpful, nice and reacted immediately to our needs (extra towel, water etc.). Hotel's location is perfect, close to all attractions and very quiet at the same time."

"Beautiful old hotel. Room was very comfortable and air conditioned. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Food in downstairs cafe bar was excellent and good value. There is a buffet restaurant but I only used for breakfast. Great location, walking distance from most attractions ( if you don't mind a 20 min walk?"

"This place is AMAZING!!! The staff, the location all the entertainment, just everything! Rooms were clean, beds were great, the breakfast was really nice, fresh fruits and the chef makes you your own omelett right in front of you! The staff specially were super great, they did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome! Special thanks to host of the entertainment Jose, who did an AMAZING job of being the best host! It was not that far from the center so its not noisy at nights, also they rent scooters at the hotel if walking is too much for someone :)"

The staff was very friendly at all times, except for one occasion with a young woman who answered my room service call. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn't have time to use the pool or try the cocktails at the bar, but the food at the restaurant was good."
