"Indretningen er virkelig smuk og autentisk. Gårdmiljøet indbyder til at slappe af. Poolen er kold men det gør ikke noget. Der er mange små tiltag på hotellet som overrasker positivt og man føler sig meget hjemme og velkommen. Beliggenheden er helt i top, og det er nemt og trygt at finde rundt. Personalet er super venlige og især José har været en stjerne i vores ophold. Der er gratis parallelparkering på gaden lige udenfor hotellet."

"Fantastic location, close to all the central sites and gastronomic quarter. The staff and owners were all so lovely, and gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Breakfast was simple but really tasty, loved the refillable juice and great coffee. The garden is beautiful, felt like we were in the jungle in the city."

The courtyard and pool area are beautifully presented with a peaceful and tranquil ambience . The rooms are spacious, beds are large and comfy and the locality is ideal for exploring Merida. We have been travelling around Mexico and Central America for the last 10 weeks and have stayed in many hotels etc...this place was easily up there as one of the best!"

"An exceptional hotel. The staff of three persons led by Aron were amazing. Friendly, always eager to help and always greeting us with a smile. A beautiful property with amazing grounds and very comfortable rooms. A real oasis in the middle of Merida."

"The quality of service is absolutely outstanding. We had to change our travel plans, and even though our booking was non-refundable and non-changeable, the hotel kindly offered to change the dates free of charge. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly quick and efficient — they even shared great recommendations for cenotes and restaurants. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis located in a very safe part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the center. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the breakfasts are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and truly appreciate their hospitality. If we ever come back to Mérida, we will definitely stay here again."

"Casa de Maya is a little oasis in the middle of Merida. Inside the house is quiet and comfortable. The pool is refreshing for hot days, and the rooms have air conditioning, which is very good in Merida when the heat waves come. We were able to park directly by the hotel. Everyone was friendly and gave us advice on what to do and where to go. We had a great time there."

"The house is between two main tourist streets, so you will need to walk about 15 minutes, which is OK. But there aren't many places to visit nearby. It needs to consider people who can't walk or push a stroller."
