"Location on Tulum beach is a gem. Access to two restaurants: Fresco's and Ziggy's is additional bonus; food is very good, breakfasts a la carte are delicious and healthy. Guillermo, Fresco's chef, is fantastic and I highly recommend his ceviche classes. Service is superb, rooms are clean"

"It's not a negative comment just info - rooms are basic but still have everything you need for stay. The lighting could be more cozy. The hotel could also offer bike rentals. The rental opposite the hotel charges prices that are 1 to 3 times higher than those just a few hundred meters away"

"The staff was very sweet and professional. Special thanks to the receptionists and the lady at breakfast for remembering my preferences. The Hotel is ideally located, at walking distance from the lively spots but far enough to sleep quietly. The gym is small but has everything needed for indoor biking, weights."

"I travel extensively since 20 years and I would recommend to the Manager to be flexible on upgrades when suitable. Indeed I decided to stay 1 more night and had to pack everything to change rooms and wait 3 hours that the other room was ready.. I would have expected a direct switch to an available room, even an upgraded room.. this is what I experienced in all hotels I have visited.. it was not the best customer experience.."

"The staff were very attentive and helpful. The property is very well-located, moments away from all the main shops, restaurants, and bars. They have very good breakfast options at two restaurants. Ziggy, the restaurant right next door, has amazing pork belly tacos."

"There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. There is currently a seaweed problem affecting some of the beaches in Mexico. Unfortunately we were unable to make full use of the beach or go into the sea during our stay. BUT that is not the fault of the hotel, it's nature doing it's thing. It didn't spoil our holiday or stay at all, we still sat on the beach some days but also booked excursions in different places where the seaweed wasn't a problem and we were able to swim, snorkel etc."

"Wonderful stay, staff were welcoming, professional, and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked impeccably. Refreshing to not have staff ask for tip for service, as although we did end up tipping at the end it’s a much better experience not being asked for it as in most other places in Tulum. Food was delicious, and coffee, including espresso was available! There is a small (well equipped gym) and the sun beds area is quiet and relaxing."

"Super nice place, very much tidied up and clean. Top beachside with great sunbeds, both shadowy and sunny places, and compared to other beachsides closeby, very calm and quiet. Handling of all communication was very easy and via messenger, almost all day also! Very helpful staff and speaking mostly a very good English."

"Our room was not too soundproofed, unfortunately we could hear the neighbours atop doorslamming sometimes. Prices of Drinks and Food were a bit higher than expected or compared to downtown places."
