"We had a double bed room with a balcony. Tea & coffee with kettle in the room and also a small fridge. There was a safe to leave your belongings. Breakfast was very good, staff quaick at clearing plates and preparing tables. Location was good for us as we were able to walk to Bugibbia and the bus stop was a short walk from hotel. Hotel receptionist very helpful in relation to buses to Sliema, Valetta etc and the airport. We had a complimentary 2 hour cruise on day of our choice and when we returned receptionist asked us had we enjoyed it etc. Wifi was good."
"On our first day the lift was broken and we had to walk and carry our bags up to the 5th floor. We were advised that hotel was waiting on mechanic but it took a day, outside of hotel's control. Other issue outside of hotel's control were uneven/broken footpaths so often had to walk on road to avoid trip/fall."

"The hotel is well maintained and equipped with, great food and drinks, good value for money and excellent staff and service. The hotel manager has been very helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable and outgoing. The cleaning staff is top notch and the restaurant and serving staff excellent and very professional and respectful towards the customers. The room was a fair size and always clean."
