"Der var besynderlige mangler i servicen, som ikke passer med det ellers høje niveau. Det inkluderer: manglende håndsæbe på et toilet, manglende opfyldning af shampoo på et badeværelse, en meget begrænset mængde bestik i villaen uden mulighed for at få ekstra bestik, uanset om man spurgte reception eller room service."

"The shower head was enormous which is normally a good thing but due to the relatively low water pressure the large shower head actually meant that you didn’t get a strong shower- certainly not strong enough to wash soap off. You therefore had to use the hand held. Changing the monsoon head to half the size would be perfect- still a large luxurious head but hopefully with sufficient water pressure to actually be a shower!!!"

"La qualité de la cuisine et la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel. La terrasse privée de la villa est spacieuse et très bien agencée avec coin repas, coin salon et un jacuzzi bien agréable ! La plage et le centre ville animé des Trois Îlets sont accessibles à pied (20 min)."

"On est plus sur un standing 4 étoiles. C’est un peu décevant quand on s’attend à un 5 étoiles. La piscine est très petite et n’est pas vraiment aménagée pour qu’on ai envie de s’y installer."
