The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was also great, allowing us to explore the city with ease. If you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Macau, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Manager Mr Miller was very helpful during the stay. We lost the phone in the cab on the way to hotel. Mr Miller was very helpful and proactive to help us trace the cab no from hotel CCTV camera. He guided us to the police station and gave the necessary information to liaise with the police. We got the phone back next day, all thanks to help from Manager Mr Miller"

"Had some issues with the power going out. When I reported it to staff, he tried telling me it wasn't a problem. No lights and no power points is a problem. Once the staff member got the manager it was very easy to communicate the issue and the problem was solved."

"Nice hotel, good location not too far from Taipa Village - bed was ok but on the small size - there was enough floor space to push two singles together with a topper layer to create a superior queen size bed experience, but was just a standard double."
