"The room was good and comfortable. Most were good. The bell boy Richard at the luggage storage was kind enough to assist us to the shuttle bus area as we were travelling with children. The place is good and the facilities is good. It is a nice place"
"The hotel side was superb but we had a bad experience at the casino. Our cards did not register any loyalty points even after playing for some time due to malfunction cards. Not sure I was wrong but the customer service who registered us told us for new member we will get a free hotel stay. It would be nice if there was a free hotel stay on our next trip but the overall experience is good"
