Zolo Hotel

"The staff were all lovely, my phone had broken and we went the day before just to check that's where id booked. So helpful. Any hoo was really well surprised in a good way, the room had a minibar, tv ,nice big shower charging points etc but the price was fab, 52 dollars for the 2 of us . well chuffed. The only downsize was it was further away from the bus station , but obviously that's not their fault. Felt very comfortable there and found the staff were friendly and helpful. Also they can change small amounts of dollars to mat with a good rate. If i was going to Mongolia again i would defo stay here."

"I have stayed at the Zolo before and returned for another visit. Location is close to the centre (15 mins walk) but not too close and is therefore a little quieter. Breakfast is included and is reasonable, cereal, yoghurt, cooked food (eggs, rice/noodles, sausages etc), unlimited tea, coffee, juices. Hotel can arrange transfers if needed, there is a 24 hour convenience store next door (Nice to C U), railway station is nearby. Overall, good value."

"My room didn't have air conditioning (the summer was really hot) but it wasn't a big problem for me. I know there were other rooms with AC. The breakfast stuff should be filled up (milk, bread etc) as things were missing when you came quite late but nobody there to ask."

"The bed is soft and the blanket is warm and smooth enough for Mongolian weather. Room is spacious and clean. You can take a few minutes walking to some small supermarkets nearby. The staff are supportive of all of our requests."

"The kettle is very dirty, although we asked to change for a new one, however it is still dirty inside so I was unable to use. They don't provide free bottles of water- as I think this is a must for all hotels. Otherwise, they need to provide a drinking water machine for us to use with our own bottles. Instead, they provide nothing and they sell the water for 3000T/ one??"
