"Fornemmer at hotel favoriserer konferencegrupper mere end individuelt rejsende da vi begge dage ikke kunne benytte fællesområder da konferencedeltagere fyldte det hele. Morgenmad skulle bestilles til værelse, men de havde glemt bestilling da de havde for travlt med konference gor andre gæster. Til trods for dette er det et dejligt sted."

"Rarely I give a 10. I couldn’t find a single issue about this property . It s a stunning historical building, the 3 rooms are exceptional, bed is comfortable, shower is great and the view breathtaking. We enjoyed the terrace . The French owner is lovely and the restaurant ..OMG, just perfect, especially the Sunday buffet. Staff are super friendly , we can just highly recommend and we are going to be back in 3 weeks!"

"The best part of the Citizen is the food. We had breakfast and dinner. Unbeatable, excellent. The staff is friendly, especially the boss. We had everything we needed in the room. The air conditioning is key, as the temperatures are low at night in winter (air conditioning for heating, so let's be clear :). There is a warm radiator in the bathroom."

"Best fit for the people arriving to Antananarivo - you are very welcomed, the food at dinner and wines selection is high-class, while great value for money. It is exceptionally calm inside the rooms, the bathroom is spacious and clean with large shower area, and the breakfast is fantastic. Overall very nice hosts and staff, you can ask for things to be arranged your way, and get it. Perfect location to go by taxi to Rova the main sight of the city, and walk back down stopping by lunch at one of the restaurants."

"Excellent boutique hotel ( only 3 or 4 rooms) in good location with very good restaurant. I stayed in 2 different rooms on the nights I stayed here and they were both very good. Friendly helpful staff."
