"The staff, incompetent . Service not as per the name. The food not well prepared. The lamb cutlets too chewy. Had to ask for butter. Mustard ..lack of training . The prices are too expensive..through out. From local beer, water , etc.."
"The hotel has an old-fashioned Grand Hotel Budapest type of vibe, especially with all the facilities like spa, pool, bakery in the hotel etc. I absolutely loved the quality of service, the care provided, and the experience of staying there. I'd definitely come back and would recommend it for the stay not only because it's comfortable and central, but because it has a special vibe and makes an experience special. I used their spa twice and it was a great experience! So do go for that massage, a swim, or a facial!"
"The downside is that the furniture is a bit old but comfy and not beaten down that much. The only thing that bothered me truly was the lack of shower curtain, since I was making a mess every time I was washing."

"A very interesting hotel to be in, with a great restaurant, bakery/patisserie to sit for coffee and close to other restaurants. The room furnishings in the suite that we were in were very nice. Good customer service in general. Safe and convenient."
"The pool was not available to use for us which was disappointing and when asking for spa services, was told that the person was not available until after noon. It could be because it was only available at certain times but we were not aware of this."
