"I would not call this a hidden gem, because the accomodation is public and possible to book, but due to the details it is a real gem. The location, the equipment, the accessories, the cleanliness. Just perfect, as you would be arriving home. The owner is Framboise, she is really kind and always willing to help with good advices or suggestions. If u are thinking about a planned visit to the French side of SXM, do not hesitate, just book this studio, if available."

"The location is amazing, a very short walk to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants, bars - everything also within a 2 min walk. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you can think of and you need. Framboise thought of every little detail and was very helpful. We had an amazing stay and were sad to leave!"

Bien que se trouvant pas loin de la place du village d’orient bay, il est très calme, vous pourrez manger le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse qui a un joli petit jardin. Framboise (l’hôte) est à l’écoute de ses clients et a tout prévu dans l’appartement pour que le séjour se passe bien."

"La ubicación del departamento excelente. A metros de la playa oriental, con un supermercado y lugares para comer a 100 metros. Framboise muy atenta y siempre disponible. El departamento muy completo, tiene todo previsto, hasta los mínimos detalles. Un lindo patio para desayunar. La cama muy cómoda. La cocina muy completa para preparar comidas simples. El parking de uso exclusivo. Te proveen de jabón para el lavarropas. Alquilamos auto así que pudimos recorrer varias playas en esa hermosa isla."

"Our host was wonderful at responding quickly to my questions while booking. He was helpful upon arrival, and I believe he has created a very nice little apartment for a vacation. Location was good for access to the main roads as we explored the island. The apartment is secure. It has most everything we needed for the week. We did not use the swimming pool area."

"Nous avons adoré l’emplacement (près de la plage et à distance de marche de Baie d’Orient), la magnifique vue sur la mer, la magnifique piscine et le confort du lit et de l’appartement. Il ne manquait de rien sauf peut-être des chaises de plage qui compléteraient l’expérience. Nous avons eu de belles attentions à notre arrivée comme 2 petites bouteilles d’eau et 2 petites bières au frigo en plus d’une belle petite musique d’ambiance. Excellente communication avec l’hôte. Séjour mémorable et nous reviendrons si possible !"

"The apartment is very clean, spacious (we were just a couple, but I can imagine a family with a kid or couple little ones could fit there comfortably), with huge balcony/terrace, has everything we might need on our vacation - well equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee machine was especially useful 😊), beach towels/umbrella/chairs, iron board, washing machine - you name it... Regine and Bertrand were waiting for us in the lobby at arrival and made our check in very easy and welcoming, were in touch on WhatsApp till the last day and smooth check out - huge thanks for their hospitality and help!"
"It was a great location to explore orient bay, walking distance along the beach, and also close enough to walk to the ferry for Pinel island. Traffic is not as congested in that area that we saw."
