"Perfectly isolated and at the same time close to Kolasin city center as well. Best rent a car tho for you wanna go to olaces especially when it's cold. No problem for cottage tho. Air conditioning was perfect. Lazar (the guy who take care of cottage) was most helpful. He was very attentive if we needed anything."

"The lighting inside the house is very dim, especially in the kitchen area. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest at night – the vibrations are so strong that the walls shake. Right across from the bedroom window on the second floor, there’s a streetlight on a pole shining straight into your eyes. Unfortunately, there are no curtains on this window."

"I stayed at the property with my husband and our 2 year old son. Speed of response from the host was great, the house in general is very clean and cozy. WiFi is good. Amazing fireplaces - one actual one and the other one that is not real fire but it has a heater function. The house warmed up very fast, it was never cold, even at night."

"The bed mattress was way too soft to my liking. Our son slept between us and we both felt very uncomfortable as at night we were hitting the wooden bed frame with our sides rolling towards the floor, literally. Could not get a decent sleep for 3 nights. Also, there is a lamp post outside, right in front of the house, it lights up at night and its light hit right where the bed is, the light is blinding (see photo attached). Both me and our baby had a huge problem falling asleep at night because of that. The host promised to fix the problem but I guess he could not do anything about it. There is no facility to dim the sunlight during the day either. So no chance for a mid-day nap for the child either. And in the kitchen there is no light above the sink or the worktop at all. The room light is not bright enough so it's hard to cook and almost impossible to properly wash the dishes. I hope the host will fix that for other quests. All in all, our stay was nice (it's New Year after all!) but this property is not ideal if you're travelling with young children. Romantic getaway for 2 adults, yes. Family stay with a toddler - definitely no. I hope this helps."

"Very nice and cozy place! Cottage is well equipped, very warm and well isolated. Even though we stayed here in autumn, inside the cottage we chilled in shorts and t-shirts. Owner is very friendly and helpful, he responded on all our messages promptly. Location is great, it is in quiet and remote neighborhood, but it is only 2 minutes away from Kolašin centre."

"Kućica je prelijepa, nova i opremljena moderno dok istovremeno čuva planinski šarm. Lokacija je mirna, van centra a opet dovoljno blizu, savršena za opuštanje. Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan i izasao nam je u susret za sve nase zahtjeve. Definitivno ćemo se opet vratiti."
