"Tapok Hostel is a great place! My room looked just like the pictures, and there were lockers inside. Beds also include curtains, sockets and lights - all very useful. I was asked if I'd like a towel, so you don't need to bring one! I think the highlight of the place is the staff honestly. They made me feel very welcome and homey. They cared a lot if I'm comfortable. The atmosphere is a bit different to regular hostels - much more found-family vibes. Staff also includes a lovely cat 🥰 that loves pets, she didn't want to let me go. There are also a lot of workers stopping here, so you might not meet travelers - I did though! Thank you!"

"Nice place to stay near the city centre. The staff was very polite, friendly and open to discussion. Hotel policies (such no drinking, no smoking, taking off your shoes) help keep the standards high. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Well equipped hostel with a nice kitchen and big common area, close to the public transport. Not very far from the center, even walking. The staff is very nice and helpful, and it's easy to have a conversation with people in the common area. I even got a towel which is uncommon in hostels this price."
"I wish the hot water temperature was more stable, even if it's still possible to take a hot shower. The bed reading lights can still be a little dim when turned off, for people who mind about it, it's particle to just cover it for the night. Nothing to report except for those 2 minor details."
