"What I liked best was that it is within a very short walk to the beach. I came to swim and this made it so easy. It was perfect for my needs. Also by the beach is the city center which has lots and lots of restaurants and shops. And the breakfast was excellent....omlette, different breads, yogurt, olives, butter, amalou, cheese, mint tea. Staff was very kind and helpful."

"For the first few days I had trouble staying connected to Wifi but, for some reason, after that, connecting got easier. I didn't mind this, but some folks might.......M'Diq is really a tourist place for Moroccans and they like to stay up late so there was much activity going on outside my window past midnight. If this bothers you, bring earplugs."

"The owner was really nice and accommodating. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome."

"There was a misunderstanding of the breakfast allowance and we had to wait and sometimes debate with reception about what we're allowed. However, the owner cleared that up."

"This is an excellent place to stay.The staff were superb.I arrived at Tan Tan Plage and Radouan from Equinox met me at the bus station.I was given a tour of the town and then taken to my room.The room was large,clean and inviting....I want to pay tribute to the staff-Radouan and his brother Youniss.They were kind,friendly and helpful and made me feel at home from the start....The location was perfect,a short walk to cafés and restaurants....Sleep quality was perfect....I am happy to recommend this place and give it 10 out of 10."

"Good place on the main road. The guys were super nice and very welcoming. It was fairly cold (travelled in late December) and they even brought a gas heater to the room. It was very kind. The breakfast went way beyond my expectations :) Cheese, bread, local pastery, orange juice, marmalade... one of the best breakfasts I have had for some time :) Thank you guys very very much and see you next time 😊🙏🫶"

"What an amazing and unusual place this Riad is! From a hardly noticeable door in a small street right off a busy medina you get into a tranquility and beauty of previous centuries! All staff is friendly and helpful, always there for you whatever you need: advises on the tours and places to see and eat in, small requests, etc.. room is very comfortable, beds are amazing! You can easily regulate temperature inside, even when it’s cold in Riad itself. All attractions of Marrakesh are just a short walk away - or a cheap taxi."
