The Riad Tzarra is a charming little traditional residence that has preserved its historic Moroccan Berber design. This haven of peace has only five suites, each one diffevedligeholdtt from the other and carefully decorated with a spice theme. The Riad Tzarra is located in the Kaat Benahid neighborhood, the nerve center of the old Medina and one of the oldest neighborhoods in Marrakech. Although it is located in the heart of the Medina, it is easily accessible by car via El Moukef Square, which is only 250 meters from the entrance to the Riad.

"Personalet var virkelig gæstfrie og søde, vi blev taget enormt godt i mod. Der var en enorm god kontakt til personalet, og de var alle søde og hjælpsomme. Riaden var lækkert indrettet med smukke værelser og flot interiør. Morgenmaden var lækker, og ved efterspørgsel lavede de ekstra retter. Generelt et sted, som jeg klart ville besøge igen."

"Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience we had during our trip to Morocco, mainly because of the attitude of the staff member who treated us. From the beginning she was quite rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. During the hammam she poured the water very abruptly, at times almost throwing buckets of water on us rather than gently rinsing, which did not feel relaxing at all. The room itself seemed more like a small storage space adapted into a hammam. Our bathrobes were left outside on the floor together with her jackets and shoes, which did not feel very hygienic or respectful. The massage was also not pleasant. The movements were rough and abrupt, and the pressure was uncomfortable. I ended up with significant back pain afterwards. The oil seemed low quality, my hair became extremely tangled, and my boyfriend even developed some skin irritation. Considering the overall experience and the unfriendly attitude of the therapist, the price of 50€ per person felt very high. Unfortunately, the poor service and the behavior of the staff member really affected what could have been a normal experience."
