"Det bedste ved vores ophold hos Riad Trésor var klart den tryghed som man mærkede i det varme personale og gæstehusets rammer og beliggenhed som for os var vigtigt ved vores første tur til Marrakech. Værd at nævne var at vi blev hentet ved taxaen ved ankomst, for ikke at skulle finde vej i de mørke gader alene, første dag. Både Mehdi og Mohammed gjorde deres bedste for at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas hos dem. Mehdi hjalp tålmodigt og med et smil på læben ved alle vores spørgsmål og Mohammed gjorde sig umage i sin kontakt med os. Mohammed er ny hos Riad Tresor men han vil virkelig gerne og vi er ikke et sekund i tvivl om at han vil vokse med opgaven."

"It is a beautiful old building with an inner courtyard. It is in a brilliant location near to the main square. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming."

"As one would expect in a small hotel based around a courtyard you could hear other people coming and going, but it was totally quiet at nighttime."

"Ridwan and Mehdi were wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcomed and provided a very warm hospitality. They were very easygoing and would always greet us whenever we see them while going in and out of the riad. Ridwan made our stay brilliant from the moment we checked in. He looked after us during breakfast at the rooftop restaurant which was always delicious. The location is exceptional as it was no more than a 15-minutes walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. The riad itself was gorgeous and clean, and our room was cleaned every day eventhough we did not ask them to. Lovely stay"

"Aircon, which we assumed worked as heater as well, was not working . Thankfully being under the duvet at night was enough to keep us warm. No TV and we did not bring our ipad/laptop so we were a bit bored when we ended our day early. Room not sound proof so we could hear when other guests were talking in the courtyard at night or flushed the toilet in the room next door which woke us up"

"Super close to all Marrakech has to offer, minutes walking distance from the main square. Family suite ideal for our family of 4. Lots of space and up on top floor so had access to terrace. Peaceful space after a day in the busy city Staff very friendly and helpful Would stay again"

"The bolts on the doors are traditional however when other residents are heavy handed when closing their doors it can be loud."

"My stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous! I forgot the staff member’s name, but the guy who was there at night was super excellent. He served breakfast and even showed me where everything was. Very helpful and friendly—highly recommended!"

"I booked this hotel for my son and fiancé after the hotel they had booked was awful.The manager was exceptional and went out of his way to help and look after my family."

"It was a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind and attentive. My boyfriend has a gluten allergy, and an alternative breakfast was prepared for him without any issues. We were also able to try out the pool, which had pleasantly warm water. The room was clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. All in all, it was a lovely stay in the heart of Marrakech."
