"Raktai buvo kodinėje dėžutėje - labai patogu atvykus bet kuriuo metu apsistoti užsakytoje vietoje. Butas švarus, tvarkingas, patogus. Virtuvėje - viskas ko reikia, buvo ir kavos bei arbatos, labai malonu iš šeimininkų pusės. Kadangi butas 7 aukšte, vaizdas pro langą nuostabus - matosi pušynas ir miesto panorama."

"Nors namas iš išorės atrodo senas, bet butas spinduliuoja švara, šviežumu ir modernus. Neįtikėtina, nieko nepasigedome. Nors vežėmės savo kavą, dušo želė ir pan.... bet bute pasirodo jau buvo pasirūpinta tuo. Net skalbimui kapsulės, šaldytuve radome net ledukus :), lygintuvas, daug įvairių spintų daiktams. Su vaikais priėjome išvadą, jei dar važiuosime, tai tik į šį butuką, nes vistiek visur vykome automobiliu pagal navigaciją, nes miesto nepažystame. Tai kad jis atokiau nuo centro, mums visai neturėjo įtakos. Kaip tik naktį buvo labai tylu ir ramu miegoti. Jokio aplinkui triukšmo, nei iš kaimynų, nei iš transporto nuo gatvės."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"
