"Det lille hotel har en god beliggenhed og ligger i et dejligt område i gåafstand til Rigas seværdigheder. Personalet, de unge piger, var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var god."

"Pga. de høje temperaturer var der utroligt varmt på værelset - både om dagen og natten. Aircondition kunne have været dejligt."

"Personalet er ikke kun super venlige og hjælpesomme, men står også klar hele tiden, til at lave en super god kaffe. På et højere niveau end de fleste caféer. Hotellet ligger tæt på alt, og man kan snildt gå rundt. Pænt og rent."

"Dette hotel er pænt og rent og personalet er super søde/flinke/hjælpsomme. Det er super søde til at lave kaffe når man kommer tilbage fra byen ( Koster ikke ekstra) Morgenmaden er ok. Der er lidt af hver og ok for os."

"Super imødekommende personale, hjælpsomme og søde. Trods det er et ældre kultur hotel, var det moderniseret, på en passende måde, så det bevarede sin charme. Nok et af de reneste hoteller, jeg har været på. Rigtig god seng. Lå i gåafstand til at, inde i byen. Skøn morgenmad, noget for alle, som en super god kaffe. Og jeg er kaffe-kræsen. Vil jeg vælge igen, hvis jeg skal til Riga."

"Great stop at this excellent hotel. Friendly staff who were most helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and covered the basic needs for a stop. Excellent bed. Breakfast was also first rate with plenty of choice. Secure parking for our motorcycles. A good hotel which we would use again."

"Perfect central location with parking. It was quiet during night despite central location. Very nice staff."

"Gateway is very narrow for the car ( I bruised it slightly). Breakfast is quite basic but was enough, coffee - excelent. Clogged drainage in the shower."

"Great location in the centre, pretty simple and charming hotel, friendly staff. Great value for the money and no nonsense. The facade is not on the street, but rather inside the block, and the windows are good so you can’t hear the street noise, it was super quiet and peaceful during my stay."

"Rooms look a bit dated, but it is not too bad and even gives it that authentic Riga feeling. The fan in the bathroom is running all the time, but this seems to be standard in Riga (had the same issues in all other hotels I've been to there, including large chains with newly remodeled rooms)."
